Lorin is going to focus on RAW foods:
- how to dehydrate fresh veggies (which makes crunchy chips)
- how to pull different flavors from the same veggie, ie/ massaging the food, treatment of the food, flavors based on cuts, etc
- also some raw dipping sauces for the healthy veggie chips
She will buy all local, organic produce from the market and make sure to support our vendors 100%.
