Partnership Process
Partnerships are an integral part of how we accomplish our goals and mission at the Santa Fe Alliance, and we are frequently asked to support a given project, requested to take a particular position, or partner on a project. To best utilize our and your time, please follow the process outlined below for partnership consideration:
- Please describe your organization: name, address, contact info, mission, vision, current work.
- Please describe how your project adheres to our vision, mission and guiding principles.
- Please submit a complete description of the type of support/partnership you are requesting, including descriptions of time-frame, financial commitment, resource request, and a list of principal participants or leaders.
- Please demonstrate your organization’s ability to carry out projects. Describe current projects or partnerships if possible.
- A proposal must be submitted and/or presented to the Santa Fe Alliance Executive Director for review and will be presented to the board and voted on for approval. A proposal must receive no less than 75% of the total board membership for approval.
- If a given request happens to fall at a time when the board does not meet, and is deemed timely by the executive committee, an email vote may take place.
