Food & Farming/Farm to Restaurant
Farm to Restaurant Project
The Farm to Restaurant project facilitates and highlights the relationship between chefs and New Mexico farmers, bringing together local restaurants and caterers that are committed to supporting regional farmers by purchasing their locally grown produce, meat, poultry, eggs and other food products. You can participate in strenghthening our local food economy by supporting these fine food establishments and enjoying the locally-prepared, farm-fresh food.
In partnership with edible Santa Fe magazine, the Santa Fe Farmers Market, and Santa Fe County, the collective goal is to forge stronger connections between the community and its basic need for essential nutrients, food security, delicious dining and celebrating the traditional food history and unique flavor of New Mexico.
